Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Expand the network of hotel signups within the regions of Cebu, Boracay, and Bohol.
- Evaluate existing leads and prioritize them to ensure a continuous flow of client acquisition, meeting the expected monthly target.
- Reach out to customer leads primarily through cold calling and manage a robust pipeline of leads.
- Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales performance, and prepare status reports.
- Manage regular weekly and monthly internal reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel as required for client meetings, presentations, or team meetings in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be based in Cebu.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Availability to travel up to 30% (for partner meetings, market visits, and/or team meetings).
Work Setup
- Work from Home arrangement.
- Travel to Manila Office quarterly (if based in Cebu) or to NCR once a week.
