  • Subscription fees for services used beyond the agreed trial or cancellation period.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7-14 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service, please refer to the cancellation terms in your service agreement. Cancellations outside the agreed terms may not qualify for a refund.
