Responsibilities

  1. Integrate applications within our system and with external applications (email automation, CRM, customer service, project management, etc.).
  2. Edit and publish website content.
  3. Identify and implement applications for daily operational needs.
  4. Email setup, creation, and troubleshooting.
  5. Manage company IT assets.
  6. Serve as webmaster for the company website.
  7. Communicate with departments/clients regarding server needs.
  8. Assist in overseeing managed services like web development.
  9. Provide monthly reports (SLA, server usage, costs, inventory, etc.) to supervisor.
  10. Perform server maintenance, updates, and backups.
  11. Ensure reliable internet and electricity connection.
  12. Maintain a functional home workstation with a headset, camera, and laptop.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of cPanel/WHM management.
  • Knowledge of Domain DNS management.
  • Knowledge of Outlook/Thunderbird or other email clients.
  • Knowledge of SSH.
  • Basic to intermediate WordPress troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Zoho apps is highly preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Work Setup

  • Work from Home with occasional client or office visits.
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (Manila Time)
    Minimum Productive Time: 5 hours/day
